2025 marks our 30th Anniversary as Plush. Although we all were friends long before that, and had played in other configurations together, we never got together as Plush until 1995, at a graduation party for Marc's niece. I had been performing solo in bars since 1988, and wanted to put something together to embellish those songs and branch out a bit. We started out as a trio (Mark and Marc) and played a lot in the Montco area. Around 2000, we decided to add a lead guitar player, another old friend, Mike Good, to take us to another level. Once Mike joined, the gigs started really happening, playing monthly at Gillane's in Ardmore, and many of the local Bigheads in Bucks County. Mike retired in 2013, and we found John, whose first gig was Black Friday at the Black Horse Tavern in Newtown. We continued to play more and more and decided to add a horn section July 2014, when we first used Sal and trumpeter Dave Ermold for a wedding.(Dave quit in 2023). Sean joined in 2024 and here we are!
